When will I get my order?
From the time we receive your order, it will require 2-3 working days for us to produce your bracelet. When shipping, we will notify you via threeferrymen@gmail.com.
I have placed my order a while ago, but haven't seen/heard anything.
Please check your email (and the spam inbox).
Sometimes we reach out to you if we see that the wrist size is missing from the order or when the wrist size is rather large/small.

I do know my wrist size, but I want it a bit more loose on my wrist, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. Submit your wrist size and then add “loose fit” (in the note ). Keep in mind you need to submit your true wrist size, and not calculate any extra inches yourself. Often, this results in too large bracelets and disappointment.So if you measured your wrist size as 6.25 inches and you want a loose fit, submit 6.25 inches,loose fit.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
The customization of bracelets requires 2 to 3 working days, on the premise that you provide your wrist size and a valid address. After the production is completed,
I accidentally submitted the wrong delivery address, but it's already on its way!
In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you’re unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.
Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.
Return/Resize/Exchange
I would like to return my order
Yes, that’s possible. Although this is a handmade product, we are not obliged to refund, but we want to provide this option for our customers. For all Three Ferrymen products, we offer a “15-day satisfaction guarantee” for all bracelets purchased on www.threeferrymen.com. You have 15 days (from the date you receive the product) to return the bracelet. 15 days later, no refunds will be possible. If you confirm that you need to return the product, you will need to bear the overseas transportation costs, as well as all the shipping, VAT, and all import surcharges for exchange and refund. We will check the returned product when we receive it, and the bracelet must not have any signs of use, and the accessories in the box must not be missing or damaged. We will refund you within 3 working days after receiving the returned product, and the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we will charge a $10 restocking fee for each bracelet, which will be deducted from the refund. You can read more about this here: Refunds.
