Return/ Refund Policy

Although this is a handmade product, we are not obliged to refund, but we want to provide this option for our customers. For all Three Ferrymen products, we offer a “15-day satisfaction guarantee” for all bracelets purchased on www.threeferrymen.com. You have 15 days (from the date you receive the product) to return the bracelet. 15 days later, no refunds will be possible. If you confirm that you need to return the product, you will need to bear the overseas transportation costs, as well as all the shipping, VAT, and all import surcharges for exchange and refund. We will check the returned product when we receive it, and the bracelet must not have any signs of use, and the accessories in the box must not be missing or damaged. We will refund you within 3 working days after receiving the returned product, and the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we will charge a $10 restocking fee for each bracelet, which will be deducted from the refund. “Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)
